Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

  1. What is moderation?? Like when people say, eat junk food or chesse or whatever in moderation... what do they mean by that? like how often is moderation ? I don't understand :(... :)

  2. How/why did you start to recover...I mean people have noticed that I've lost weight, but I'm good at hiding just how much I've lost so I don't think anyone has noticed that I have an ED. Did you decide yourself to recover or did somebody force you to? I'm just curious - I don't know if I'm strong enough to begin recovery yet. Thanks :D

  3. How do you stay motivated? When did you consider yourself as healthy? Why did you decide to recover? Do you ever think about going back to your old ways today, or are you only looking forward?

  6. Could you do a post on 'What to do on a summer day when you really don't know what to do/are bored'. I find this would help me a LOT, as summer is coming up really soon and I get so hung up on what. to. do. I realize that you may be in the same boat, but maybe you could post up some suggestions? Of things you do or would recommend even if you haven't necessarily done them yet? Thank youu. <3

  8. Don't take this the wrong way, I think your beautiful and incredibly healthy, but by skimming through your blog you still seem very captivates by your body image/diet/exercise regime. Maybe you should alter the way your blog is perceived by adding more general posts? And also, you still look pretty thin hun, perhaps gaining another stone/ half a stone will make you look a whole lot better? Love you from what I have read! PRO RECOVERY!!!!!!!!!!

      Hmm.... i wouldnt say im obsessed with image/diet/exercise... but i mean yes. I do exercise - its part of my lifestyle. And i eat what is considered 'healthy' but i dont deprive myself, and allow myself to eat whatever food i want. Which is the most important.... and self image? Well i am still a teenager. But i am not obsessed with my looks....
      What do you mean with more general posts? :) Would be great to know.... ;)
      Dont need to gain weight - im a healthy weight & BMI, but thanks :)
