Life without Anorexia

My motto is

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

26 degrees in the shadow

Its warm - that's an understatement. Im lying out on our balcony trying to get some work done!!


  1. Do you usually drink soda/coke? They make me feel imbalace with stomach and mood. I think it's better to choose skillfully the foods/drinks that bring you health and well-being. We are like flowers that just been watered and nourished by our meal :)

    1. I used to drink diet soda all the time. But i dont drink it regularly anymore. Maybe once or twice a month. I can usually feel bloated afterwards, but its ok in moderation. I dont drink it all the time, so its ok to drink now and again :) I mean theres nothing healthy about it, and not that great for the body, but it doesnt kill you if you drink it now and again :)

      And yeah i completly agree, we nourish our bodies with the food/drink we put into us, so we should make smart choices.
      But like i say: Moderation, not deprivation!
