Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Tuesday.

Hello there :)
This morning was stressy... i had practically no time to get ready, but i did leave in the right time!
My first class this morning was history... and you know what, our history teacher is so cool! At the beginning or end of each lesson he either reads a quote, or shows a youtube clip or plays some music, to put a smile on our faces! And this morning, walking into class the song Footloose was playing, and after that Gangnam style!! Hahah, the door was open so it was funny to see how the other students walked by and stared into our classroom!! Its a great way to start the class actually, because you feel a little happier, get more energy into you. And the you can focus more.
And he has also postponed our history test *Sigh of relief* After talking with the other teachers he realised just how mcuh we had, and that we wouldnt have time to study.

After my first lesson  i had/have a long break, but as the lunch served today wasnt too my liking. I headed home - where i currenlty am. And have fixed myself some lunch - Scrambled eggs, cooked vegetables, tofu, salad and quark & cottage cheese!! Now i have plenty of energy for the rest of the day :)

Now im gonna get some work done.... Maybe... hahah!

  1. I find some of your pictures triggering, because it looks like you have a tight gap.
