My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Pancakes for breakfast!

Good morning my lovely followers :) 

This morning i gotten woken up by my dog poking her nose into my face... It was seriously creepy!! I opened my eyes, and all i saw was this big black nose and eyes!! XD 
   I dragged myself out of bed and got up. Wasnt feeling particularly hungry, so instead just got dressed and folded clothes - To work up an appetite!!
And then when i actually felt hungry, i didnt want my typical oatmeal or Yoghurt.... And i decided Pancakes!! And yesterday i had found a new recipe which i wanted to try!

  And they turned out really good!!! :) Ive found loads of good recipes recently, but not sure if i can post them or not as they are from other bloggers. But im gonna ask them if i can share their recipes, and if i can, you'll be seeing some new (really nice!) recipes soon :)

On my pancakes i had, half a banana, half an apple, raspberries, cinnamon, honey and quark and sprinkled some sunflower seeds over!! Mmmm :)

^^Doesnt look appetizing.. but in my defence... I dont understand how people can actually take these really pretty food photos? I mean, who has time to plate it up really pretty, decorate it and then take photos ad load them up to instagram?? I mean... i make my food and if i remember take a picture of the mess on my plate, and then i eat!! Hahah XD 

And now my *to help you* words!!

Dont be scared to try new foods. And dont get stuck in a routine. I mean, i can easily get stuck (without realising) eating the same thing all the time.... and it gets boring. And i mean, its no fun either to just eat the same thing...
One of my best tips, if you get bored with what you are eating or want to try new foods, is to go to the supermarket, and find all these new foods. Dont stick to your same grocery list. But buy things you've never had before!! Test new foods. Its fun, and it can be really nice... though in some cases, it can turn out bad!! haha XD

The pancakes were really yummy, and now im ready to begin my day!
Its Saturday, and i have no plans.... or, studying anyway! 
I usually head to the gym on Saturdays, but i feel i dont want to get stuck in a routine and dont really feel like heading to the gym, so i'll most probably go for a walk or something later!!

After 9 hours beauty sleep, i dont look so tired for once!!
