Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Time to relax

Im going to start off by saying, Thank you to everyone who commented with film tips & series tips!! It means loads to me!! :)
And i am now going to relax and watch, We need to talk about Kevin. I love thriller films, i can even them on my own in a dark room!! :)
Ive drunk green tea and feeling more relaxed then earlier today, it feels good to just be on my own. Have the house to myself, just sit in my pyjamas, and watch the rain fall.
Of course, im not gonna realx completly... i am going to have the film on and do my maths homework so that i get that done!!!

Im sorry i havent been so active with blogging, and havent had any good photos, but thats the way it is :) I know you all understand!
I actually have loads to say, theres loads in my head that i want to get out, and ive started loads of drafts but just havent managed to finish them yet.
But ill try to do that this evening when ive finsihed my maths!!! :)
Now... How has everyone been doing? Does anyone have any plans for the weekend? :)

  1. Woop weekend! Hope you're doing okay, just have some relaxing 'me' time! :)
Don't know if anyone has mentioned this cos I haven't read the answers to you post, but have you tried the OC and one tree hill - awesome, got me through 6 months inpatient!
Anyway, was just wondering if you've read any good books lately, and if you have any ED related books to recommend? xxxxxx
