Life without Anorexia

My motto is

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

This isnt the end

New blog!

Yes, i have created a new blog. (But i am going to continue writing here daily, and just as often!! So keep checking!!! :) ) I have been contemplating if i should share it here or not.
  My new blog is about healthy living, healthy eating.

I am going to write about my healthy eating, my exercise and exercise routines and of course my daily life.
  I want to move away from the whole Anorexia/ED thing. Of course, im still gonna write here. But in time, i will stop writing here and just have my other blog... or depending really.
  Im just giving my new blog a test run. To see if i will continue or not.

To anyone who is triggered by exercise, and comparing exercise routines. Please dont look at my other blog. I will still write here, so dont worry.

I am living a healthy, balanced life. And i want to write about the healthy food i eat, and about my runs, and exercise... that is what i am in love with right now. A healthy balanced life.
  But i feel i cant write about that here, as it could be triggering...
and of course, i dont want to get loads of comments about...ohh you should nt exercise that much, or eat so healthy. I have a balance, and the fact is... ive been living this way, my healthy way for more then 6 months, i just havent written about it, as i didnt want to trigger anyone.
If you are interested, or dont get triggered by that, by all means visit my new blog. But dont just snoop around, because you want to critisze... and definitely not if you get triggered by thigns easily.
  That is my new space to write about what i love, which is training.
