My motto is

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Smoothie Time!!

Guess how happy i was when my mum came home with a smoothie maker!! ??? Me & my mum have wanted one, but just havent bought one before (or we had in Ireland, but not here in sweden.). I got that happy feeling you know when your parent comes home and has bought you something, like a little surprise!! :)
  I wasnt going to delay it, i had to make a smoothie! Perfect  night snack :)

My first home made smoothie consisted of : Strawberry yoghurt, half a banana, strawberries, milk and a little cinnamon.
  The results: 4/5.

Smoothies are the best!! I love them!! And they are filling aswell, of course i usually like to have a sandwich or something on the side :)

  2. Yum! That looks so good. I don't know if you are still looking for ways to use peanutbutter, but it is so tasty in smoothies (and you get added protein). You might like it :)
