Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Chocolate cake Muffins: (I give these top marks!)

• 2 eggs
• 2.5 dl sugar
• 2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 pinch salt
4 tablespoons cocoa
0.5 tsp baking powder
• 2 dl flour

Directions:Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Place the 16 pieces of paper baking cups on a plate.

Melt the butter in a saucepan on the stove or in a bowl in the microwave and let cool.

Beat eggs and sugar with electric mixer. Beat in the vanilla, salt, cocoa, baking soda. Add the flour and finally the melted butter. Whisk together quickly into a smooth paste.

Spoon out the batter into baking molds.

Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for about 10 minutes.

Hallongrottor (raspberry biscuit/buns):

4 1/2 dl flour
1 dl sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon vanilla
200 g butter (or margarine)

1.Turn the the oven to 200 ° C.
2. mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Cut the butter into small pieces and add it. Work quickly to form a dough, preferably in the food processor. If you let the dough rest for a little while in the fridge it becomes easier to handle.
