My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Peanut butter love!!

I dont know how many blogs and tumblrs and pictures ive seen, where people are saying how much they love peanut butter (or any nut butters!)
  I used to love peanut butter and jam sandwiches!! But its been 5/6 years since i last tried peanut butter, and in all hoensty... i havent seen it any shops.
Do you know how happy i was when i saw it today...? XD I knew i had to buy it and try it!
   I wasnt dissappointed!! I love love love it!! My new, absaloute favourite!!
I had one slice of bread with peanut butter and banana and one with peanut butter and jam...
  Mmm.. im even gonna try adding it to oatmeal!!

Any other ways to eat Peanut butter?

  1. I really love peanut butter too! I put it in my oatmeal every day. I also celery dipped in it too. It's also good on carrots. Sometimes I slice a banana in half and spread each half in peanut butter. I also like PB on apples :) Hope this helps.

    1. PB and apple and PB and banana is soo good:) I've never tried with celery or carrot. But its worth a try!!!:)

  3. Hahaha there are TOO MANY ways to eat Peanut Butter.
    Plain, on bread, on a banana or other fruit, use it for baking, oatmeal topping.
    But i usually eat it on oatmeal or buns :)

    I don't like the "natural" ones because of the texture and the oil on top and i've compared the nutrishion facts to the normal ones(with shugar in it) and there's no big difference. I'm having "barney's best peanut butter" which is high in protein and low in shugar :)

    1. My favourite PB is the crunchy one!!:) the natural PB was the only one I saw in the shop? It's weird I would think its more common?!
      I'm gonna try it on oatmeal. And gonna try making PB cookies!!!:)

  4. it is AMAZING on oatmeal! thats my favourite combination.

    My friend had the best movie combination - salty crisps, vanilla ice cream, peanut butter and dairy milk chocolate. She'd try different combinations of each and then combined them all together. It's amazing how gd it tastes.
