Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

If you have any questions leave them in the comment section as i am much quicker at answering there, otherwise you can always send an email: lifewithoutanorexia@hotmail.com

In the long run

Written By - Gaining with Grace
(I just loved what she had wrote, and i thought i should share it!)
Look at her blog, and check out her post

In the long run, it doesn't matter how much you weigh.
In the long run, no one cares if you're a size 0 or not.
In the long run, it doesn't matter if you ate too many almonds at lunch.
In the long run, it's not going to kill you to eat a cookie.
In the long run, being skinny won't solve all your problems.
In the long run, people judge you on your personality, not your body.
In the long run, you determine your worth, not the scale.
In the long run, you'll be loved for who you are.
In the long run, it doesn't matter how many calories you eat.
In the long run, butter won't ruin your day.
In the long run, eating what you want in moderation won't be the end of the world.
In the long run, that bowl of icecream won't have any affect on you as a person.
In the long run, you'll look back on your life and wonder why you wasted it worrying about ridiculous thing.
In the long run, I choose freedom over slavery.
