My motto is

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Great start to the day! :)

Good morning!! :)
  Im feeling happy and full of energy!! :) No anxiety or weird thoughts here :)

I feel great about myself today!! Yesterday, i could barely stand to look in the mirror. I pulled on my biggest jumper and sat curled up on my bed with the computer in my lap.
   Today, im full of energy and feeling good!

The morning started with a really nice breakfast!! I was going to try oatmeal with peanut butter... but i realised we didnt have any oatmeal.
  So instead i had, granola with milk, peanut butter and half a banana!! Actually nice!! :)
  Im gonna try oatmeal with PB soon though:) You all mentioned that it was good, so i have to test for myself!
  Ohh... and you can all feel free to comment your favourite food dishes, or recipes. Or your favourite food/snack. I love getting new ideas and new recipes to try!! :)
  So if you've ever tried something new/or old... and love it! Feel free to share here, for me and the rest of my readers :)

After breakfast i went out for a run!!! Best thing i know!! ¨
  I just kept going and going and going.... i didnt feel tired!! Of course, there comes a point when you realise you should turn back, because you cant just keep aimlessly running... you still have to run back home again!! hah
   It felt so good!!!

Morning runs are the best thing i know!!! :)
 
When i got back i got ready for the day, and went to the shop to buy some cashew nuts as i was craving them... and as i ran so much this morning, i know i have to eat extra!! I have no problem with that! :)
  
Now im going to do some cleaning, try to organize the house a little.
   And then im gonna try to dye my hair, and then in the evening me & D are gonna go watch the Midnight Race... its one of the biggest races in stockholm... or i think it is?! And ive watched it every year for the past 5  years...
  I really wanted to run it this year... and loads of people told me i should, but i didnt gget around to signing myself up...
   next year i guess. Ill have more stamina then anyway!
But i guess i ran about the same length today 10+km......

I know tonight im gonna stand there watching all the runners, wishing i was running with them. I find it very hard to watch sports or people running, because i always want to get up and run aswel... hah. :/

Now its time to blast the music, and get on with cleaning :)

  1. First i want to tell you - it's amazing what distances you run! I'm a bit envious ;) i'm not that much of a runner but i'll try to train when i'm in Berlin(running through the park) since i got really nice running shoes when i was in Florida. On day i want to finish a race too! Let's see!

    And about my favourite snacks hmm lets see... All i ate in the last few days was granola with milk i think xD i found a german musli similar to quaker oats natural granola and i don't want anything else :)
    And today i had ramen with shrimp i fried in a pan. Aww delicious!
    And i adore the fruit and vegetable from our own garden <3 love the fresh potatoes.
    And i think oatmeal is more a winter-snack for me since i always eat it hot.
    I'll go partying tonight with a lot of friends! Have a nice weekend izzy!

  2. MIdnattsloppet? :) Åh det ska jag vara med i nästa år! Jag ville vara med i år med men kom på det för sent så det var fulltecknat :( Men i år blir det Topploppet den 18 september! Vet du vad det är för lopp? :)
