Life without Anorexia

My motto is

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Question time!!

As im going to be away this weekend, and not so sure if i will have internet acess or not i thought i would do a Question time!! I.e... You can ask whatever you want!! About Mando, food, family, my future, my past  etc etc!
  And i will answer them as soon as i can....

Of course, ive had so many question times that many questions are already answered..... but if anyone is new, just ask away!

  1. If you are cooking for yourself do you chose lower calorie food? Or is there things you dont want to use like oil or butter etc?

  2. 1.What is your favourite movie? And why do you like it?
    2.What is your favourite subject at school?
    3.Do you feed people? I mean say to have an other cookie or something like that?

    I'm having a hard time in Florida ...
    But i have a random question.
    What are your worst triggers?(for me its other people around me eating less than me especially my sister)

    And what is your favourite sweet? (for me its stroopwafles but i rarely allow myself to eat one since they are so high in calories...)

    What do you do when you are on holiday and there is just no food you want to eat? Like no healthy option or something u usually have. Try new things or go and buy things?

    May i come to visit you (maybe for some coffee) when i'm in Stockholm in December/January? xD

  5. Do you not eat some foods because they're high calorie?
    Do you get anxiety if you were to eat loads of. Chocolate?
    Do you let others prepare food for you? I.e pour milk in your tea. Plate up food for dinner.
    Do you drink juice or sugar drinks I.e normal coke?

  9. hi! just wanted to say that I really love your blog SO much and read it EVERY SINGLE day!! : ) but would you be able to do some more food diaries cuz I find them reallly inspirational and encouraging to know that girls can actually recover from anorexia and that they can really start to eat 'normally' and 'freely' and actually still enjoy food!! ...I havnt been able to et solid food for over five years now and have lived (survied/existed) on those medical drinks ( ensure plus!!) that you hate so much : (... You give me hope that someday I can and will be able to eat real food again! : ) thank you SO much for being so amazing and inspiring I think you are a HERO! hugs! from sarah

  11. Have you ever done these "8 minute abs" from youtube? Do you have one certain abs workout regime? How often do you workout your abs?
