Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

I have to start off by saying, Thank you to everyone who commented on my 'who reads my blog' post. I was so surprised that so many actually commented, and many sent mails aswell!! It means so much to me.
But its so strange to think that there is people all over the world, different ages who read my blog. And you all tell me that in one way or another, ive helped or been an inspiration.
You have no idea how much that means to me.

Lately ive been thinking about doing more, helping others with EDs or in the same situation.. being some type of role model. So im getting in contact with some people to see if theres anything i can do, or help in some organization. :)

I hope that i have shown all of you that there is more then you eating disorder. You wont get fat because you gain weight, the doctors wont allow that. No, you wont be as thin as you were... but being underweight is too thin.
You can eat and enjoy food, have a good life with friends and family. Life isnt about panic and anxiety. About how little you eat or how much you exercise.. life is so much more.

Keep strong and keep fighting!

Yo uare all beautiful and you all deserve a good happy life!!! One with an eating disorder or any mental disorder.....
To be free to live hte life you want!!!

  1. I think getting involved with an organization is an awesome idea! You are living, breathing and healthy proof that recovery is a good thing and even though its hard, it's worth it :] You already inspire me and so many other people through this blog, it would be amazing to get out and be involved with an organization as well! :] I'm actually thinking about getting involved in one for teen pregnancy and loss since I have a little bit of experience in that area myself.
Good luck and I hope you have an awesome day/night! Whatever time it is over there! Haha
