Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Sometimes you've got to think about your health!

Today me and my class our having this like trip, and doing something fun... even though to me, it wont be fun. We're doing paintball.. which i dont want to do.. i dont want bruises all over my body, and i dont think its fun to shoot other people. Im not aggressive.. i dont find pain, or hurting others fun..
I had suggested other things, themepark/lasertag/cruise etc etc... We had all agreed that we would do go cart and then lasertag... but for some reason... we're doing paintball..

But ive decided, that No. im not going to do it... for my own sake. Im not 100% and im worried that if i get hit in the chest or stomach that i'll end up fainting or losing my breath...
and aswell, its an excuse why i wont play! :)
We're going to go out for lunch afterwards.. but it will most probably just be like kebab or mcdonalds (ewww..) cus we havent booked anywhere, and we all have different tastes, like 3 of us want to go to thai or sushi, 2 want to go to some lebanise place, otheres want to go for kebab.. its just like... What?
No idea how this day will go, im just gonna try to enjoy myself though!! :)
