Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Name 5 foods that you can't live without: 
 Apples, chicken, bananas, eggs, soup.

Name 5 foods that you eat everyday:
fruit, milk (if i dont eat it, i use it in tea/coffee), bread/crisp bread, vegetables...

5 favourite sweets from Pick N' Mix:
Caramel Pralines, Geisha, Twix, raspberry-and-licorice skulls, toffee chocolate.

5 favourite sweets form natural sweets -
 Yoghurt covered cashews, yoghurt covered strawberries, yoghurt puffs,

Favourite chocolate:
  Marabou Diam!!

Favourite ice-cream:
B&J half baked!!! :D

Favourite ice-lolly:
hmmm nott o sure really... maybe Calipos cola.??!

Favourite cheese:
 Definitely Edam...!!

What i order in a restaurant: 
  Depends where i am... i would mostyl go for sushi, or i would go for Thai wher ei would order some tye of wok with prawns or sweet and sour chicken!!

What i order at take away/street market:
Street market?? That  would most probably be crepes or falafels... take-away... not to sure really? pizza!

What i cook if i have guests:
 Starter - Maybe small bruschettas or spring rolls.
Main: Chicken or some type of fish with a  good sauce and most probably roast potatoes, or flavoured ricee... and a nice salad ofc!
Dessert: omethign intricate... and nice... or jsut choclate cake!! :)

Something you eat/drink now that you never thought you'd like  
  Vegetables... yup. When i was younger, & even the 10-12year old stage i never thought it was possible to like vegetables.

Which meal do you like best?:
 Breakfast of course!!! :)
