Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Sleep in.

Haveing 10 minutes to get ready in the morning ='s NOT FUN.

My alarm rang, but i turned it off and with in seconds i had fallen asleep again.
But considering that i could fall asleep till 1.30am and then woke eveyr half hour (Dont know why?) i think i deserved that 50 minutes extra sleep. even though i only had time to throw on some clothes. not even brush my teeth or comb my hair? :O (haha.. i did get to go to my room late after breakfast though.)

Still so tired. no idea why my energy is so low. ive been going to bed earlier then normal (asleep by 11.30pm - used to be asleep by 1.30am) and i still do nothing during the day, but yet my energy is at an all time low.... but somehow... im radiating happiness and energy? eerrr?

Haha... that ws my little update. Havent been up to much today... and won be tomrrow, or the day after that... but on Friday, i should get o sleep at home -OMG. first time to sleep at home in 10 weeks. :O:O:O

see how that goes. but ill ge through tomrrow and thursday before i start thinking about friday? :)

****My horoscope - weird how accurate it is? ***

You may need some extra rest time today. Your body's little aches, pains and "belches" may be telling you that it is not a good time to push yourself too hard. Rest is as important as exercise, and you are probably not getting enough of either
