Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

One of those lazy days.

Yesterday was one of those lazy days where you do nothing at all. Not my kinda day.
For so long ive just spent sitting inside. doing nothing. waiting for the time for my next meal and waiting for the day to be over.
So when im out. i want to do something. The day passes by quicker then.
and i hate just being indoors, it feel like its  a day wasted.

But my mum was busy with calling people and my sister was meeting her friends, so i didnt have much of an option.
I dont think im allowed to go to town on my own, so i couldnt do that.

So i just had to be at home. It sucked at first, but then i realised that it was good training.
The last time i spent a whole day at home, where i did do anything, was before easter. When i was very sick. no eating and just exercising. Each day went slowly, slowly.
But yesterday actually passed by quickly!!

I stayed at home, watching films, reading, taking it easy. I did take my dog for two walks though as i found it hard to be inside all the time. but otherwise it was jsut relaxing.
which really isnt something id choose to do. but its good trainign. and now i know that i wont be doing something everyday. but i should be able to take it easy and be at home anyway!!

So looking forward to coming home next time.
But we're gnna see if i can go out to the country next week...... have to wait and see!!
