Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

My saturday

Got nothing to say bout today.

It's just been kinda nice:)
It's gone by quickly, no arguments...

I did have a little disaster with lunch. I was gonna pour pepper on my food - but the lid wasn't properly on. So I got like 200g pepper on my food. The staff weren't happy.
And then afterwards, I got all warm and sweaty, and a headache. Washy so fun.

And then my belly has been super swollen today, and it's been really sore too. :/

Otherwise, Mum came today, so went to see my dog:)
And dinner was surprisingly nice - for a change:).

I'm now sitting waiting for my 15000 photos to transfer onto a harddrive, which will roughly take 8 hours... Hmmm.
Still got thousands of music to transfer. Not fun.

But atleast I have time on my hands:)

Tonight it's the Eurovision.
Anyone gonna watch?

If I can. I will.

I'm feeling kinda depressed. Last year I was also in an eating clinic... Feels like time is repeating itself... But this time. I'm actually eating, and enjoying it:)

That was my Saturday... It's been nice... And sitting has been easier:) been sitting relaxed. Watched a film - (hangover)

So I think things will go well :)
